5 bananas
2/3 cup shredded coconut
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation
1. Cut each banana into fourths.
2. Arrange the bananas in a greased 9-inch pie plate.
3. Dot with butter.
4. Drizzle with orange and lemon juice.
5. Sprinkle with coconut and brown sugar.
6. Bake at 370 degrees F for about 8-10 minutes (until the coconut is golden brown).
