Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt or low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
3/4 cup ice water
fresh mint, for garnish

Preparation
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until frosty smooth.
