Makes 18 rose petals

Ingredients
18 small rose petals
1 1/2 teaspoons meringue powder
1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup superfine sugar
3 tablespoons water

Preparation
1. Rinse the rose petals very well and lay them out to dry on paper towels.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the water, meringue powder and powdered sugar.
3. Beat on low speed until blended, then beat on high speed for about 4-5 minutes (or until fluffy).
4. Brush this mixture on all sides of the dry rose petals and then dust them with the superfine sugar.
5. Let stands on wire rack for 24 hours to dry.

Weight Watchers Lavender Fudge recipe
Makes 27 servings

Ingredients
16 ounces chocolate chips
1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers (or 3 tablespoons fresh)
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
fresh lavender (to garnish)

Preparation
1. Finely grind the ingredients in a clean coffee grinder.
2. Melt everything together in a double boiler. Add 3 tablespoons butter. Stir until smooth and melted.
3. Pour into a pan lined with wax paper (approximately 9″ x 9″). Cover with Saran Wrap. Chill overnight.
4. Cut into 1″ squares. Wrap like “sweets” in twists of wax paper.
5. Sprinkle with fresh lavender on the top layer to decorate and serve.

Here’s a chocolate treat that I personally recommend. It’s quick and easy to make, only 2 WW points per serving, and delicious! A perfect recipe for any time you’re craving chocolate!

Weight Watchers Chocolate Marshmallow Fudge recipe
Makes 36 servings

Ingredients
14 large marshmallows
12 ounces (about 1 1/2 cups) semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 tablespoons reduced-calorie margarine
2/3 cup fat-free evaporated milk
1 2/3 cups sugar

Preparation
1. Coat an 8×8-inch pan with cooking spray.
2. Stir together the sugar, margarine and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil in a sauce pan, reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Stir in the marshmallows and chocolate. Remove from the heat and stir until smooth.
4. Pour into the pan and refrigerate for about 2 hours (until firm - for a firmer consistency, leave the fudge in the freezer).
5. Cut into 36 squares and serve.
