Eating cooked cauliflower can get very boring, very fast. But using this sauce and topping will change everything, turning the plain old boring cauliflower into a real treat!

Weight Watchers Cauliflower Casserole recipe
Makes 6 servings

Ingredients
1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup flour
6 tablespoons butter
2 cups milk
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation
1. Cook the cauliflower in boiling water for about 6 minutes (until crisp tender).
2. Drain and transfer the cauliflower to a lightly buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
3. In a small saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons of butter and whisk in the flour and salt.
4. Stir until bubbly, then gradually add the milk, stirring constantly for about 3 minutes (until thick and smooth).
5. Stir in the mustard and pour the sauce over the cauliflower in the baking dish.
6. Melt the remaining butter, add the breadcrumbs and toss to coat.
7. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the casserole, then top with the buttered bread crumbs.
8. Bake at 375° F for about 20 minutes (or until bubbly and brown).

  2. I think I can speak for all of us after I say this, our health will be the most critical thing. If we have our health, I feel that we can get any woman/man we want and any work we want. But with the current climate of points in the raising costs of supplements and such, I think the average spend on health merchandise is close to $1000-2000 a year for me, it is likely greater for others. I found an awesome way to fund this expenditure which has also helped me fund my holidays. Don’t worry, this is not going to become any nonsense which bores you to death, and it does actually work, some persons I know who use this really make a living off it :) It takes around an hour to set up and you do not need a lot income at all. If you happen to be interested, just examine out the link in my name.

  4. cauliflower au gratin ok it says it makes 5 servings for this recipe. ok so is that a 1/2 cup a cup what.. eyeballing the food never works for me.. on a good note this was amazing… please help

  5. It’s 5 pts per serving and it states that it makes 6 servings, so 1/6 of the dish would = 5 pts.
